Hospitality is, by definition, the friendly and generous reception of guests, visitors or strangers. Terrance has mastered the art of hospitality by making it his career. More importantly, Terrance has made the art of hospitality his passion, sharing his experiences and hard-won knowledge with everyone in the industry. 

He has written curriculum, managed, consulted and trained for the best! With a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Terrance began his career with Marriott International and spent the next fourteen years developing and implementing customer service strategies, winning several awards during his tenure. At Hilton Hotels Corporation he spent the next five years analyzing customer service data and developing best practices, which led to a partnership with Legacy Hotels developing Service Training strategies. 

Serve to Live teaches service etiquette, provides career counseling and is responsible for launching the careers of over one hundred hospitality industry leaders. This consultancy firm was born from a partnership with local universities, corporate entities and healthcare professionals. Let me teach YOU to thrive in the hospitality industry!
